Liked our reasonably large and well-appointed rooms.

Booked a room with ac. The location was marvellous and fab, at a short distance from Our lady of Snows Church.

This accommodation had a very central setting next to the beach. The breakfast had a great selection of selection, the food was delicious.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unhelpful.

The room was tastefully decorated & functional with seaview. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, thanks to them everything was perfect. Its location was very central, minutes from Lake Boat Safari.

Ideal hotel with free Wi-Fi and amazingly nice and outstandingly accommodating staff. Well-maintained and well-appointed room with clean bathroom. A huge variety of appetising food. Not particularly friendly staff!

Beautifully maintained and well-appointed rooms with balcony and welcoming staff. Location close enough to a church which started very early on a Sunday morning and the Fish Market. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Enviro nearby.

The air-conditioned rooms at Blue Elephant Tourist Guesthouse were absolutely amazing. The balcony with sea views made me feel like I was in paradise. The rooms were cozy and had everything I needed, from a comfortable bed to a flat-screen TV. I couldn't ask for more as a vegetarian/vegan traveler.

Personally, I would have preferred if the rooms had a patio instead of a balcony. But hey, that's just my personal preference and others may still enjoy it.

I think the place is good.

My wife says that it would have been great if there were more recreational activities for the children.

Great value for money, especially for the first night in Sri Lanka. The room was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the beach. The staff, especially Nalaka, were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and substantial options.

The property is just a short walk from the beach, making it easily accessible. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even waiting patiently for our late arrival. The breakfast served was delicious and filling, with a variety of options to choose from. a highly recommended place to stay.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the convenience of the hotel's location. It was within walking distance to the beach and just a short drive away from the airport. Plus, the nearby shops and restaurants made it easy to grab a quick bite or do some last-minute shopping. the friendly and attentive staff made my stay even better. They were always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

While my stay at the hotel was generally enjoyable, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the room I stayed in was quite basic with no extra frills or luxuries.

As a senior woman, I appreciate when hotels pay attention to the details and create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for their guests. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent. The staff was always willing to assist me and ensure that I had a pleasant stay. They were understanding and patient, making me feel welcome and well taken care of during my time there.

The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to provide more options for breakfast. While the breakfast offered was fine, it would have been nice to have a choice of cereals or other lighter options.
